For over 20 years,
Rich Grossman was a partner in two highly successful multi-disciplinary temporary and permanent staffing companies in New York City:
Allegheny Associates, and RAS Temporaries, Inc. Rich was consistently the leader in developing
new business for these companies. In addition, he hired and trained many successful sales people for both organizations. He is an innovator in the staffing industry, with expertise in sales training,
management issues, and executive development. During those years, Nina Grossman
served as President of a non-profit organization, held key management positions in several companies and served on the Board
of Directors of two organizations.
In January of 2003,
Nina and Rich founded NRG Concepts. We have a diverse base of clients, which include staffing companies, health care corporations,
supported employment organizations, retail organizations, computer software companies, and financial firms.
